Hi, I'm Meg!

I'm a strength coach and Nike Trainer who believes that strength training should support your life—not become your life.

My mission is simple: to help people discover that strength extends far beyond the gym. Because when you learn to trust yourself physically, it changes the way you show up everywhere else.

I help clients build confidence, energy, and consistency through approachable strength training and sustainable habits—without intimidation, aesthetic pressure, or all-or-nothing rules. By focusing on small wins, flexible structure, and long-term progress, I help people create routines they can actually maintain and build trust in themselves along the way.

Growing up around movement, I learned early that strength isn't just physical—it's emotional, mental, and deeply personal. Today, I bring that philosophy to my coaching, creating an environment where people feel supported, challenged, and capable of more than they thought possible.

Do I need to be experienced in the gym to work with you?

Not at all. I work with everyone from complete beginners to experienced lifters and athletes. Every program is tailored to your current fitness level and goals.


Do you offer both in-person and online coaching?

Yes. I offer personal training and small group training in Los Angeles, as well as virtual personal training and online coaching for clients anywhere.

How often do clients typically train?

It depends on your goals, schedule, and experience level. We'll create a plan that feels realistic and sustainable for you.

Can you help me if I also run or participate in endurance events?

Absolutely. As both a strength coach and endurance athlete, I help clients balance strength training with running, races, and other athletic pursuits.

What equipment do I need for online coaching?

That depends on your situation. Programs can be designed around a fully equipped gym, a home gym, or minimal equipment.
